Freestyle Canadas Aerial team competed in two Euro

Freestyle Canadas Aerial team competed in two Europa Cup events Dec 13th-14th in Ruke Finland after a very good month-long training camp. @lelex_ski won gold on day 2, @lewisirving7 was very consistent with two bronze finishes and @marionthenault performed triple flips for the first time in competition while also placing second on day 2nd. A new event Synchro Aerials debuted where Marion and @alexandra_montminy finished second and Charlie Fontaine paired up with an Australian athlete to finish in third place. Other Canadians who competed included @emile_nadeau13 , @miha_freestyle, @p.o_cote, @vicacrobatique, Gabriel Dion, @elliotaerial, @tony_ski04, @elliotprimeau.

Freestyle Canada’s halfpipe team delivered strong performances at the Secret Garden World Cup in China, overcoming challenging weather and fierce competition.@brendanmackay and @cassiesharpe led the charge, both finishing 4th. Sharpe, in her second competition since a two-year break for motherhood, showed world-class form with clean runs. Despite a low landing in his second hit, Mackay impressed with one of the highest airs of the day. @itsamysaywhat delivered a fifth-place finish, with @dillanglennie close behind in eighth. @rachaelkarker placed 15th, and @morozumi._.emma did not start. On the men’s side, @evan_marineau and @dylan_marineau advanced to the finals, finishing ninth and 11th, respectively. Other Canadian results included @noahbowmanski in 21st, @benlynchh in 25th, @_kahnacademy in 29th, and @quincy.barr_ in 31st. @andrew_longino did not start. #fchighperformance #fchpteam @toyotirescanada @otpcanada @arcteryx @auclairsports @teamcanada

Competing in the best two-of-three jump format, he opened with a strong first jump but faltered on his second, putting the pressure on him to deliver in his final attempt. With an impressive 83.90-point final run, Kingsbury once again demonstrated why is his celebrated as the "King of Moguls," earning his 91st career World Cup win.

This victory held special meaning for the 31-year-old, as it marked his first World Cup medal as a father. Kingsbury’s three-month-old son, Henrik, and his family were in Finland to share the memorable moment – a fitting start to what promises to be an exciting season.
